exceptional gourmet dining experience included in the cost
of your stay. Breakfast and Dinner are provided at no extra
charge (with the exception of beer and wine), and lunch is
also available at the main lodge.
Our Knotty Pine Dining Room has a nostalgic feel about
it. Here you can have a hearty breakfast or gourmet cuisine
for dinner. Savor entrees including Colorado Lamb Loin chop,
Broiled Walleye, Seafood Risotto, Grilled Portabella "Steak". Sumptuous, homemade desserts
compliment your dinners.

Howard Smith and his staff.
 Lost
Lake Lodge Bistro creates an environment of natural beauty. Here
you can enjoy a Chicken Caesar Salad, Bistro Walleye Sandwich, or hamburger for lunch and at
dinnertime enjoy the same menu that is served in the Knotty Pine.
All of the breads are made daily with wheat ground in our own Grist
Mill. Dinner is served on crisp linen tablecloths and
flowers on your table. Our service is warm and attentive.
This unique opportunity in the Brainerd Lakes Area tempts every
taste bud. A four-course dinner includes everything from freshly
baked bread, using flour ground in our Grist Mill, to savory
entrees that will appeal to those with even the highest culinary
standards. And a variety of outstanding desserts will leave a
lasting impression! Lost Lake Lodge also features beers made in
the Upper Midwest and a remarkable international wine list.
Breakfast will include items made fresh daily and might consist
of muffins, scones, and freshly baked bread, as well as pancakes,
french toast or waffles made with only the freshest ingredients.
